For help with Slackwater, email slackwater@openwaters.io. A person reads it. Use this address for app support, bug reports, questions about station coverage, and notes about a prediction that looks wrong. Slackwater is built by Open Waters, published by Open Water Software LLC.

Please include your device and iOS version, the station name, and the date and time you were looking at. Include the time zone if it might be ambiguous. Tell us whether you were using the app or a page on this website, and what you expected to see. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information; Slackwater has no Open Waters account to reset.

For privacy questions, concerns or requests, email privacy@openwaters.io. The privacy policy describes what stays on your device, optional iCloud sync, website analytics, and the services that process website requests.

Before leaving signal, check the support page and the offline setup information. If your question concerns prediction accuracy, the accuracy report explains the validation methods and limits. Predictions are not observations, and Slackwater is not for navigation.
